About Kim Schoeman
In February 1995, Kim relocated to the picturesque coastal town of Jeffreys Bay in the Eastern Cape, where her professional life flourished. She joined Fine & Country Jeffreys Bay in 2009, building a strong reputation for her dedication and client-focused service. After a brief tenure with Chas Everitt, she returned to Fine & Country in November 2012, where she worked in Admin and later transitioned to Rentals in 2017. In 2022, Kim achieved full-status agent accreditation by completing her NQF4 qualification and passing the rigorous PDE4 exam. This milestone marked a new chapter in her career. By November 2024, she joined eXp Realty as a Property Practitioner, focusing on sales and continuing to deliver exceptional service to her clients. With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, Kim’s expertise, commitment, and passion have solidified her as a trusted professional in the Jeffreys Bay property market.
